Ross studied photography at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, where he was eventually awarded a BFA.

He co-founded the popular but rarely updated MakingRoom Magazine with Canadian designer Davin Risk.

He lives and works in Denver, Colorado, but is available to work just about anywhere else.
